Refund Policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Order Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the registration process hasn't begun
- Technical Issues: Full refund if our system encounters technical problems preventing order completion
- Double Payment: Full refund of duplicate charges, if any
2. Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted through our customer support
- Processing time: 5-7 working days after approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through our support channel
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the HSRP registration process has begun
